Warranty Policy
Be sure to fill out our Warranty Form within 14 days of receiving your Ghostek product. If you ever experience any issues with your Ghostek equipment and wish to make a warranty claim, this form will help confirm your original purchase and the authenticity of your product.
Limited Warranty
Ghostek LLC and its affiliates (“Ghostek”) warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Ghostek product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Ghostek will (1) repair the Ghostek product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the Ghostek product with a new or refurbished Ghostek product (up to 2 replacements). For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Ghostek reserves the right to charge a small shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.
Lifetime Warranty
Ghostek offers a limited lifetime warranty for all Ghostek cases and screen protectors excluding glass screen protectors. This warranty is only valid for cases and screen protectors that are considered defects. Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, and wear and tear caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. Lifetime warranty only covers up to 2 courtesy replacements per item ordered.
Exclusions and Limitations
Except for the warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Ghostek expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchant ability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Ghostek shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Ghostek product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Ghostek product.
