I had a Ghostek nautica case for my last phone. I had no problems. I followed the instructions and submerged the new case in water for 10 minutes and had water inside the case. I contacted customer service and have heard nothing. I paid for FedEx two day shipping because we were leaving for vacation and I needed the case. I used it on vacation, but am not happy that it was not keeping water out.
