I got a few emails with codes, but overall it was straightforward and easy. The codes add a little bonus magic, but overall it was a good time.

I did not follow the directions closely and could not get the fingerprint feature to work correctly with my phone. Ghostek replaced the case and after following the directions precisely the case works exactly as advertised. Outstanding product and customer support. I would recommend to all.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake. The "notation" of the size was there....but I didn't see it. Might be good to put the OPTION/SIZE more prominently...In the front of the item description or in bold text at checkout/etc.
