When you work as a secret agent and rely on your phone as much as I do, you really need a shockproof, life-proof case. You really never know what type of situation you might end up in.
I really like using phone cases with 360-degree dual layer full body shell protection. The NAUTICAL2 Galaxy S10e waterproof case is a great example of the perfect case. While it is marketed as a waterproof case, it is so much more.
I have used the sealed Galaxy S10e underwater case both in the water but also in the desert. The full body shell not only makes the case waterproof but also dustproof. That came in handy during more than one desert sandstorm.
It’s also super shockproof. With the Galaxy S10e heavy duty case design you get raised shock absorbing rubber corners and a lifted bezel for extra screen protection. The all around protection continues with a durable polycarbonate transparent back and a built-in screen protector. Altogether the case is designed to withstand drops from 2 meters.
On a recent mission, I got to really put the waterproof and shockproof protection of the Galaxy S10e rugged case to the test though.
I was working undercover in Venice doing surveillance on a known arms dealer. Things were going good until I decided to take a major risk and sneak into his hotel room.
Once inside, I quickly found his computer and started copying the hard drive onto my phone. With the Galaxy S10e full body case all buttons and ports are easily accessible on the phone. This made connecting the phone and starting the backup straightforward.
It took awhile but thankfully the Galaxy S10e waterproof case also supports wireless PowerShare and wireless charging. I was able to keep transferring the data while also charging the phone.
There were definitely some great details on who he bought and sold from on the computer!
The bodyguard watching the room didn’t spot me until I was done and sneaking back out. At that point, I knew that if I got caught I was dead.
Running along the canal outside his hotel, I spotted an old boat with the engine still running. The owner must have just stepped away for a moment but it was my only chance.
Jumping into the boat, I threw the throttle into high gear and took off. The bodyguard had his own boat though and was quickly following me. His boat was definitely newer and faster. I had no hope of outrunning him.
Instead, I locked the throttle, aimed the boat for open sea, and jumped out, diving straight underwater. Swimming as fast as I could, I quickly made it to a dock and hid underneath.
It was thankfully a dark, moonless night and the bodyguard hadn’t seen me jump. He continued following the boat out to sea. It would be at least 15 minutes before he caught up and realized I wasn’t in the boat anymore.
Once the boats were safely out of sight, I pulled myself out of the water and grabbed my phone to call headquarters with an update. The Galaxy S10e tough waterproof case survived the swim with no problems. It is designed to be submersible 20 feet for up to 1 hour. With the transparent case on, the phone was also still side fingerprint and facial recognition unlock compatible. This made the call to headquarters seamless.
This was just the most recent example of how this phone has saved the mission. With the water proof design and military grade standard drop tested protection, this case is truly life-proof. Even better, with 4 colors to choose from, the case is perfect for every mission and disguise I could be assigned.
